A flour mill has stood here since 1872, when the railroad came through Downtown McKinney and the mill began to flourish. The current brick building rose in 1914 — industrial equipment, original hardwood floors and beams, and event halls that have hosted hundreds of celebrations.
It’s a one-of-a-kind look that cannot be replicated anywhere else. Don’t settle for less than the absolute best for your day.
A 1920s-era hidden basement with a 100-plus-year-old antique bar and the Mill’s original safe. Exposed beams, low light, and room for 80 seated or 200 standing.
Some of the best nights happen underground — rehearsal dinners, after-parties and celebrations that deserve a little secrecy.
I got married at the Mill and the team went above and beyond for us. I have planned two weddings with two venues in DFW and cannot recommend the Mill enough — the space is beautiful and they are so easy to work with.

Our experience at the Mill was absolutely incredible — a beautiful industrial venue with gorgeous exposed brick, brand-new floors and amazing light fixtures. We had the wedding of our dreams there.

When we were touring venues, the Flour Mill was the first place that came to mind and, in the end, the only one that stuck. The perfect blend of industrial and rustic that really shows up in our photos.
